Here are some photos from a great session this week with three year old M and her one year old brother W. It was freezing cold outside so we were mainly indoors playing, jumping on the bed, reading their favourite books, a very relaxed shoot!
It’s the second time I have the pleasure of photographing lovely E, the first time she was just a few months old, she’s now a very happy one year old, still gorgeous and full of smiles.

Last week I went back to see Neil and Cheryl and their gorgeous little girl P who is now one year old. I first met her for a baby photo session back in February and she was already a great model, so much so that she has since been modeling for Mothercare.
During the session she had to make an important phone call to her grandma, what a cutie!

Alison contacted me just last week to get some photos of her newborn baby boy with his cousins who were traveling down from Scotland for the weekend. Luckily I had just had a cancellation for last Saturday so we were able to do a photo session. Baby R was very alert and expressive, totally adorable. His cousins aged 12 and 5 were brilliant with him, very patient as they were getting poked and punched by R’s little hands.
Of course I also took the opportunity to photograph R with his parents, here are my favourites from the session:

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of meeting Anj and her family in their beautiful St Albans home. Anj was after some nice black & white portraits of her girls aged 9 and 5. I was a real treat for me to photograph them as they clearly enjoyed posing for the camera! I loved capturing their interaction and personalities, especially E’s infectious laughter and L’s cheeky smile.

I met Annelaure nearly four years ago as she was about to give birth to her first baby and we now both help run Les P’tizamis, the playgroup for French-speaking families in and around St Albans. I was very excited to go and photograph her family as a birthday present to Annelaure from her husband Tom.
One thing I can say about Annelaure and Tom is that they make gorgeous babies! Big brother N and baby S are just so full of charm that my heart melts every time they smile. Here are some photos from our session last month:

Some of you may remember the pregnancy and newborn photos I took of Fouzan and Vijaya’s family. I was delighted to go and see their adorable baby A. who is now 10 months old and who (according to his dad) just cannot get any cuter – it’s hard to imagine but I bet he will…
I was very privileged to capture some of A’s very first smiles back in January, and once again he gave me his best smiles, what a treat!
