Corporate photography in Hertfordshire
I offer corporate photo shoots on location at your business premises in Hertfordshire or London and capture a series of corporate images for you, based on your needs.
My job is to put your staff at ease to get the best expression, working quickly and efficiently so you can get back to business.

Environmental business portraits
These business portraits generally include some of the office environment (can be a mixture of indoors and outdoors) and a wider variety of poses and expressions.
Formal business headshots
For simple, plain background headshots I just need a meeting room (not too small, ideally I need a 2m x 3m space). I will be bringing my own light and backdrop so don’t worry if the room doesn’t have windows. Please allow an average of 5-10 minutes per employee for a simple headshot. You may want a slightly wider variety for some key individuals who need extra photos for press releases etc, including informal/lifestyle headshots so it’s best to allow slightly longer for those.
Office lifestyle photography

These are essential to give your audience an authentic feel for your company, whether it’s to find more clients or help recruit new staff. ”
Corporate team photography
Team photos can be as formal or informal as you need them to be, they should reflect your business ethos. Please let me know if advance if you require team shots so that we have time to plan and find the best place to capture them before everyone is gathered and ready to pose. Depending on the size of the largest group we may have to go outside to fit everyone in comfortably, especially if there are interesting architectural features we can include to make your team photo more unique.
Atmosphere shots
Atmosphere shots can easily be overlooked but can be extremely useful to help tell your story. They can be used in brochures or on social media and, unlike stock images, are unique to your business. This includes architecture (indoors, outdoors) showcasing your premises and neighbourhood and details shots like awards or close ups of branded material.
Annual report photography
Your annual report is a key way to communicate your values and activities to investors, stakeholders, and customers. This may include candid action shots illustrating the various activities and events, corporate team photos, and headshots of key individuals.

Perfect for smaller office-based photo shoots with simple employee headshots.
For headshot sessions, up to 5 team members are included in the hourly fee. If you require a large number of people to be photographed in a short amount of time, simply contact me for a bespoke quote.
All images digitally delivered.
Basic editing (culling/exposure adjustment/cropping) is included in the fee. Additional editing and retouching requests will be quoted for separately.
£250/hour
(plus VAT)
Location of your choice (including London)
Up to 4 hours of coverage included (£100+VAT per additional hour).
Perfect for larger corporate shoots (10+ employees, team photos, candid office action shots) or for London-based corporate shoots and events.
For headshot sessions, up to 20 team members are included in the fee. If you require a large number of people to be photographed in a short amount of time, simply contact me for a bespoke quote.
All images digitally delivered.
Basic editing (culling/exposure adjustment/cropping) is included in the fee. Additional editing and retouching requests will be quoted for separately.
