The initial project brief was to create a set of business headshots of the management team that looked professional but relaxed and that would have a consistent look across the “Meet the Team” page on the Equal Experts website. During discussions it also became apparent that the company had a need for some further “office life” imagery based around their working environment. Kathleen was very keen to avoid the use of generic and bland stock images which many companies choose to use. They wanted images that were more diverse and personal than the typical stock photo with the aim of portraying the relaxed but still professional ethos of the company and using real employees. Kathleen said: “I found similar images that I wanted to stage and nothing was a problem for Stephanie, she made everything easy for us”.
Kathleen was so delighted with the initial results that the company decided to book an additional day of photography so that they could give all the other staff the opportunity to have a professional business portrait that they could use for their LinkedIn profiles, and for guest blogging and speaking opportunities.
